Mandy completed her law degree in Sydney at the University of Technology, gaining her admission as a solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court & High Court of Australia in 1996. Mandy has specialised since then in all aspects of family law, divorce, property settlements (simple & very complex), de facto matters, contact & custody disputes in children’s cases, mediations and all aspects of family law litigation & Court matters in the Family Court of Australia, the New South Wales Supreme Court and the Federal Magistrates Court. She was a crew member on the ship known as the “Sirius” which sailed extensively throughout Europe, Scandinavia and the UK on a campaign of protests to ban the practice of ocean incineration of toxic chemicals. The practice was banned in those countries as a direct result of the Greenpeace “North Sea Campaign”.
