Mandy Crossingham - Mediator - Counsellor - Family Lawyer

Mandy Crossingham is the principal solicitor at Crossingham Dowling Family Lawyers. She now practices in Sydney & Coffs Harbour and has a predominantly referral based specialist family law practice. She is available to see her Sydney clients and attend Court on a regular basis.

Mandy completed her law degree in Sydney at the University of Technology, gaining her admission as a solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court & High Court of Australia in 1996.

Mandy has specialised since then in all aspects of family law, divorce, property settlements (simple & very complex), de facto matters, contact & custody disputes in children’s cases, mediations and all aspects of family law litigation & Court matters in the Family Court of Australia, the New South Wales Supreme Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.

Mandy’s commitment to her clients is to provide excellent service and legal representation.

•    Most recently 5 years practicing as an Accredited Specialist concurrently between Sydney & Coffs Harbour practices. She was recently successful in setting a precedent case in the Family Court of Australia relating to the Judicial Pensions Act

  Personal Interests

Travelling (particularly to New Zealand and Fiji), playing golf, spending time with her husband Greg on the family beef cattle farm at Kempsey and with friends and family. She also has a love of the environment and animals, previously having been a direct activist for Greenpeace International for several years in England. She was a crew member on the ship known as the “Sirius” which sailed extensively throughout Europe, Scandinavia and the UK on a campaign of protests to ban the practice of ocean incineration of toxic chemicals. The practice was banned in those countries as a direct result of the Greenpeace “North Sea Campaign”.
