Mediation / Co-Mediation

Libby is now expanding her life coaching work into family mediations, particularly into the area of parent/child issue resolutions.  Working alongside Ron Vagg in wider family law mediations Libby brings her life coaching skills and experience into dispute resolution areas by adding it as a positive resource for family members going through separations and divorces.

It is often helpful to the dispute resolution processes of those co-mediations for both new individual life plans and new full family plans to assist family members see through to the more positive side of relationship break-downs.  Ron and Libby now co-mediate in increasing numbers of family disputes, adding different perspectives to those of each other.

It is often comforting to clients in the mediation process to have the input of two mediators, one from each gender, each therefore adding thoughts and views to those of disputant clients that one mediator, or one gender, is less able to do.

Libby, as a creator of a large family herself, is much experienced in the practical aspects of raising children, particularly through the stretching years of teenagers finding their way,  Libby brings that life experience to our clients dealing with their own children and the tensions, fears and anxieties that children, of all ages, suffer as families deal with separation and divorce.
